It's extremely disappointing, like most stands in this game, its just a cd reskin that does like 300 damage every hit. It's not an admin stand, it's another unob.

But hey, atleast it heals a lot of health.

Yeah, but if you can't then don't be sad about it, i doubt it's gonna be the "rarest stand" the devs just lie about stuff like that to get people to play their game i would imagine lmao
