So i lost my stand that i spent weeks trading up for because someone who's obviously never seen the light of day before scammed me

A long time ago i got scammed from my lightning platinum and someone had chero i told him to go to shop and it took him like 5 minutes to go to the shop. He sent me trade and didnt switch and when i accepted, i got cosmic luigi the free stand. He probably did the dupe glitch with another alt so it looks like he have chero but he actually has a different stand.
