How to get: Use Clown Diary on The World/Star Platinum
Moves:
E - barrage (does 25 damage) plays Circus theme while barraging
R - heavy punch (does 35 damage and also has really loud sound of Dio's WRYYY)
F - time stop - Stops time for 2 seconds (has a really loud sound of Dio time stopping)
