Obtained by using Dio Diary on Yellow Queen

Moveset:

LMB: steve punch deals 10 dmg

E: steve angry barrage 5 dmg per hit

R: steve punch chop: does 30 dmg

Note: Don't use Dio Diary on Yellow Queen because YQ is unob B(or B+) tier and Steve has no value

Also Steve's moveset is worse than Yellow Queen's moves
