The release date is not known but we do know it is already starting due to the addition of the Heaven Ascension DIO boss
this update will include:
Heaven Ascension Jotaro Boss (released as of yesterday)
Heaven Ascension DIO Boss (already released)
Star Platinum Over Heaven Rework
The World Over Heaven Rework
Made In Heaven Release
and finally, DIO's Diary will be made more rare
